Faye has a broad range of experience in all aspects of Family Law, the area in which she has practised since 1986. Faye became a partner of the firm in 1990. Faye has been appointed by the Ministry of the Attorney General as a Children's Lawyer representing children in custody, access, and child welfare matters since 1986. Faye conducts all aspects of separation, divorce negotiations and litigation, including custody and access disputes, spousal and child support, division and equalisation of family property and adoption applications and litigation. Faye is trained and experienced in representing abused spouses and provides mediation services. Faye presents seminars on all areas of family law, careers in law, domestic violence, adoption, and representing children.
