Gary Kitchen is a partner of the firm providing his clients with many years of experience in all areas of family law and civil litigation. Gary also defends persons charged with criminal offences and other violations of federal and provincial statutes.

Gary is a strong advocate of community service. He is currently a Director of the Community Foundation of Durham Region. He has taught the Law Clerks course at Durham College. He was the President and Director of the John Howard Society and a former trustee of the Durham Board of Education from 1978-1991.
